A cage or crate of appropriate size so that your pet can comfortably stretch out and sit in a natural position.
Collar/Harness and leash

IT'S IMPORTANT TO BE PREPARED!  THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR U.S. TO CANADA BORDER CROSSING - please read carefully!

1.) Bill of Sale (this must include the Buyer's/Seller's name, address and phone number.  Full description of the animal, including: name, age, gender, weight, breed, colour, markings.  Include any tattoo, registration or microchip numbers that can identify the animal).  Purchase price in CAD or US funds

2.) Vaccination records (shots must be up to date & administered by a Vet)

3.) INTERNATIONAL HEALTH CERTIFICATE (Valid for 48 hours for a commercial entry or 72 hours for a domestic entry)

4.) Rabies certificate if the pup is older than 3 months.  A separate rabies certificate is required.  The rabies listed on the vaccination record is not sufficient.

5.) Import Permit.  This is required for all commercial entries.  For example, if you're bringing a dog into the Country for the purpose of breeding or showing, then you'll need an import permit.  This requirement is not for pets.  You can apply for a permit on the CFIA (Canadian Food & Inspections Agency) website.

6.) All animals crossing the border North or Southbound must be Brokered.  Our Broker will process the paperwork to get your animal through customs.

7.) Your pup must be a minimum of 8 weeks old to travel with us.  Some smaller breeds will need to be a minimum of 10 weeks.

**ALL DOCUMENTS FOR BORDER CROSSING MUST BE VIEWED AND APPROVED BY MYSELF PRIOR TO ACCEPTING YOUR PET FOR TRANSPORT**
